one of the worst things one can do, is think about the check they recieve after their sermon. Through generations, we have taken God’s love out of hapiness in spirit, availibility of salvation, and from the blood of the Lamb who died for us, and have put His glory as a means wealth, which is exactly the opposite Christ wanted.
Usually, if evil loves you, and you are not trying to change their ways that they may be of good, then are you of God, or the god of this world?

Thats not to say that money(paper with numbers written on it)and material things are bd, because they aren’t And having a lot of money isn’t necessarily bad, it’s what the person does with it. Obviously, there is no prosperity gospel…look at the poor countries, they don’t seem “rich” to me..all they do is suffer and die needlessly while other reap fat chekcs for themselves. Unfair. Immoral. Plain wrong.

yes…studying the word, and believing and pleasing God will gain you forgivness of sins, healing and prosperity. But the healing is of the spirit, and the prosperity is not of this world…usually. What they preach (in vid) is a gospel of wealth, that is, of the flesh. Most people seek to please man rather than God. The prosperity they are promising you is not profitable towards God, and fleeting. If they told their congregations the truth, most would leave, and they would go broke.

I don’t believe that you can make something happen just because you demand (in the name of Jesus) that it be that way. That’s what I see as the basic belief structure behind the word of faith movement. What do you guys think?

sometimes, in times of trouble (usually for martyrs that know they are about to be tortured for His sake, would have a spirit of fear, but when they pray for Holy/Heavenly boldness, if God wills, they are restored in spirit, and able to gladly sacrifice their lives for the sake of the Father.
It’s true, God has created everything, including the spirit, flesh, and mind…but the spirit and the flesh together are the soul, (when in heaven, the flesh is “glorified”). But who are we that say that God cannot do all things? How can one say that God cannot heal the spirit of man? Of all things, the health of the spirit is the most important, even over the flesh. The natural man cannot understand the things of God, only the spiritual man can…which is why we must be strong in spirit for Him

your faith to the loard and god is strong, iam still learning the gospael and still seek a much strong faith with the loard as i have walked in the path of darkness and and have used the loard and gods name in vain and done meany sins but when i was lost the loard gave me a brotheren which seeks the truth as i do, we are seekers of faith and we have seen that churches have been truned into the den of thefes, i ask you if you are willing to be a friend and a brotheren?

I, in fact, am still being “fed with milk and not solid food” (let the reader understand). Everyone is leraning, and growing, and it would be a sin aginst God for me to look down upon another for past sins, which washed away in Christ. Amen
